1. What the site offers

Wallpaper Ninjas offers original AI-made wallpapers for phones and computers, sorted by category, for you to download and use as a background.

2. Personal-use permission

You may download wallpapers and use them as the background on devices you own or use personally. That's it. You may not:

• sell, license or rent the wallpapers, alone or bundled;
• print them on products or use them in ads, merchandise, NFTs, apps, themes or templates;
• re-upload or redistribute them on other websites, apps, wallpaper collections or social media accounts as your own;
• remove any credit, or suggest that we endorse you.

Sharing a link to a wallpaper page is always welcome.

3. How the images are made, and what we claim

Our wallpapers are generated with AI image tools from ideas and prompts we write, and we choose which ones to publish and how they're organized. Under current US law, material generated by AI without enough human creative control may not be protected by copyright. We don't claim rights we don't have. We do claim our rights in what we create ourselves: the website, its design, our written descriptions, our selection and arrangement of the collection, and the Wallpaper Ninjas name and logo. Whether or not a given image is protected by copyright, these terms set the conditions for downloading from and using this site.

4. Our name and logo

"Wallpaper Ninjas" and our logo identify this site. Please don't use them in a way that suggests a connection with us.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use automated tools to bulk-download or scrape the site, don't try to disrupt or overload it, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

6. Third-party services and ads

The site may show ads and use services from other companies, such as Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them. See our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

The site and wallpapers are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that the site will always be available or error-free, or that any wallpaper will fit or display correctly on your particular device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Wallpaper Ninjas won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or its wallpapers. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to US $10. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
